After the Thomas fire, catastrophic mudslides devastated parts of Montecito. A volunteer group of local businesses and residents, dubbed the Bucket Brigade, was formed to help clean up the damage.

Mac Brown, owner of Mac Brown Excavating, appears with one of his tractors and five of his grandkids, Zach, Kate and Amelia Isaac, and Luke and Jake Brown. The tractor company recently donated to CEF to fund an art program at all CUSD elementary schools.
